Problems with rules using Endpoint Security for VPN conections

Hi there,

We are planning to use the Checkpoint Endpoint Security for secured VPN connections from notebooks to our company.
The installation and configuration was no problem.
But during the test I did I recognized one Problem:
I have designed two rules. One should be activated when the notebook is connected to the internet and no VPN tunnel is established. This rule should protect the notebook against attacks and intrusions from the internet.
The other rule which should be activated when the VPN tunnel was established is designed to be more open so that the communication to our internal servers should work without any Problems.
The Problem I have is that rule 1 is only active when no connection to the internet is established.
As soon as I establish a connection to the Internet with Wlan or UMTS the second rule is activated.
So the security I tried to generate by rule 1 is not given because the second less saved rule is active.
Is there a possibility to configure the rules like the way I tried to realize it?

I tried to realize it by configuring the Office Awareness but this did not solve my problem.

Has anybody else made similar experiences? How did you solve the Problem?
