Getting "token login failed to get token from filename"  error while configuring.
how to get in to the Admin to resolve the issue, I read by forum it seems that while change the other secure then this problem occuring.

try this:


In the Registry Editor, go to the registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify\ScCertProp.


Locate the value 'Enabled', and change its value data from 1 to 0.

Reboot.
