Hi,
Checkpoint UTM appliance 2073 deployed at our premises on 4th June 2010, ever since installation, the same has been behaving erratically indicating abnormal CPU utilization. This has been highlighted to your checkpoint TAC team and the technical team who have tried to diagnose and resolve with various tools and trials, analysis of log etc.

But till date the same has not been resolved nor the root cause for the problem.
One of the demo appliance box which was given worked normally.
Could anyone give me a proper solution to resolve this issue.

When it is 100% cluster disables for 5min and rejoin.

what version are you running? Management on the UTM or on a seperate server?

if you run top, do you see what process is running at such a high cpu percentage?
