CMA sync status Not synced

Hi,

After migrate our provider-1 R65 to R71, we have one CMA with Sync status to "Not Synced" between the primary and the secondary CMA. Whereas this TCP port are correctly open: TCP 18191, TCP 18192, TCP 18221, TCP 18211.

Any idea about this problem ?

does it give an error when you try to manually sync?

How do you do a manual sync on CMA from provider1 ?

have you already tried installing the database on both?

Is the management high availability available under the policy menu? There you could sync if I remember correctly. It's been a while since I was on a provider-1.
