Hi,
Checkpoint UTM appliance 2073 deployed at our premises on 4th June 2010, ever since installation, the same has been behaving erratically indicating abnormal CPU utilization. This has been highlighted to your checkpoint TAC team and the technical team who have tried to diagnose and resolve with various tools and trials, analysis of log etc.
But till date the same has not been resolved nor the root cause for the problem.
One of the demo appliance box which was given worked normally.
Could anyone give me a proper solution to resolve this issue.
